Provision of services to professional users:

Advertise the services and products of professional users related to wedding celebrations by creating an advertisement with their contact information, such as address, telephone number, business location, description and photographs of their services and/or products, as well as the full names and telephone numbers of the people responsible for managing the advertisement.

Communication between Users:

Facilitate contact between professionals who advertise their services on Invitii.com and Users, through information requests via email, telephone, chatbot, or any other channel offered by the Website. When you make a request for information to one of the professionals advertised on our website, we will display a pop-up showing professionals similar to the one you submitted your request to. We will ask you if you would like us to send a request on your behalf to the proposed professionals. We will only send requests if you authorize us to do so through the boxes provided in the pop-up.

Advertise the services and products of Professional Users and/or Invitii.com by illustrating articles, newsletters, and forums in the Bridal Community, as well as posting on internal and external channels, such as social media, press releases, and similar media.

Conduct analysis, research, and reporting to better understand how you use the Services so we can improve them; personalize content on the Services based on your activities and interests; improve the operation of the Sites and your user experience; develop new products and services; create and update audience segments that may be used for targeted advertising and marketing on the Services, third-party services and platforms, and mobile applications; create profiles about you, which may be used for analytics, marketing, and advertising.

Invitii.com is authorized to process your data for the aforementioned purposes, based on Invitii.com`'`s legitimate interest. This legitimate interest is justified by the contractual relationship between Invitii.com and its Users as part of the platform, and taking into account that the information sent relates to products and services related to the wedding business and provided by Invitii.com, provided you have not opted out of receiving such communications. These promotional electronic communications will be sent for the duration of your relationship with Invitii.com or until you request to stop receiving them.

Invitii.com establishes two mechanisms through which Users who request it can modify or delete these services easily, quickly, and free of charge:
